Due to hygiene reasons, unfortunately our earrings cannot be returned. 

  • What are the shipping options?

We ship from Australian both locally and Internationally. Postage is calculated at checkout. 

Processing time for orders is currently 1 week for in stock items. Pre-orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to be processed. Please note this does not include shipping time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard $9.00       5 - 10 business days

Express $15.00          2 - 4 business days

Delivery times are estimations only.Tracking numbers will be provided via email once the order is fulfilled.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Three options are available to international customers. Rates are dependent on the weight and destination. Delivery times are estimations only.

Refund policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any exchanges or refunds of products for change of mind. Please make sure that you are happy with your items before purchasing. Please note that each set of earrings are hand made. Colour shades of acrylic studs may vary. Each set is handmade and, therefore, there may be variations from the image shown. If you have any questions or queries about a product, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If product breakages/damages occur, please contact us within 10 of receiving your item. Any order older than 10 days will not be reviewed.
